Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Databarracks Cloud Technology's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Databarracks Cloud Technology provides enterprise managed cloud services including DevOps, SecOps, FinOps, DataOps, SRE, and Cloud & AI development. Our services include 24/7 monitoring and support, infrastructure automation, security and compliance management, cost optimization, and AI implementation designed to optimize your cloud operations globally.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Service Level Agreement

We provide a 99.99% uptime SLA for our managed services. Detailed SLA terms, including credits for downtime and response time guarantees, are specified in your service agreement. Our follow-the-sun support model ensures 24/7 coverage from our engineering centers in the UK, Poland, and India.

5. Data Protection and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, zero-trust architecture, and ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance. Your data remains your property, and we do not access or use your data except as necessary to provide the service.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the volume of data protected and the AWS services used. All fees are specified in your service agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment after appropriate notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Databarracks Cloud Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to retrieve your data from our systems. After this period, data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
